CCC&TI’s Coordination, Assessment, Response and Education (CARE) Team strives to effectively respond to concerns expressed about any student, with
the goal of decreasing student distress, increasing student support, and promoting the health and safety of the student and campus community.

If you're concerned about a student, who may be struggling with a problem or you believe someone's behavior may present a threat to themselves, the campus, or the surrounding community, you should make a referral to the CARE Team.
To make a referral, please complete the online Incident Reporting Form.
CARE Team submissions are not monitored 24/7. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, during normal business hours.

The CARE Team consists of a cross section of trained professionals, including Student Services, Counseling & Accessibility Services, Student Conduct and Campus Security. Expertise and support from additional members of the campus community may be sought as appropriate on a case by case basis.
The CARE Team provides a single point for reporting a variety of concerns. The team reviews and assesses concerns and makes recommendations for support and safety. The team also educates about campus and community resources and provides necessary monitoring of concerns to help students reach their educational goals.
Anyone who feels that a student is in need of help or assistance can make a referral to the CARE team.
Yes! Individuals may submit anonymous reports by completing the Incident Reporting Form. However, it may be challenging for the college to take action or investigate anonymous reports, as supporting documentation may be limited.
