Registered Apprenticeship

Registered Apprenticeship is an employer-driven training program that provides employees with structured on-the-job learning, related instruction and a progressive wage scale. Registered Apprenticeships allow businesses to create flexible and effective training and hiring solutions that work for their industry. Apprentices learn practical skills while earning state and national credentials certifying their skills.

No matter the size of a company, CCC&TI can tailor an apprenticeship program to meet its needs.

Among the many benefits of the program:

  • Recruiting top talent
  • Creating a personalized training plan to meet your company’s needs
  • Community college reimbursements – North Carolina is sponsoring free community college tuition for apprentices that start out of high school
  • Employee Retention: Registered apprenticeship programs have high retention rates; 91% of apprentices retain employment after the program ends
  • Return on Investment – Most employees become profitable within a few months
