Official Transcript Request
CCC&TI is collaborating with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the web in order to expedite the delivery of transcripts for our students and alumni. This service offers the option to have official transcripts sent via PDF, USPS mail, or to hold for pick up in Student Services on either our Caldwell or Watauga campus.
All transcripts delivered from the National Student Clearinghouse are official transcripts and will include Curriculum and Continuing Education coursework. Transcripts ordered through this site comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and assure all students that their records will remain confidential.
Final Grades and Posting of Degrees
Current students must verify, in Self-Service, that their final grades and/or degree has been posted before completing the transcript request below.
What is the difference between an “official” and “unofficial” transcript?
If you request a transcript to be sent to your personal or school email account, please note the transcript will be considered a student unofficial copy. For a transcript to be official, the transcript must be sent directly to the institution or employer.
Track Your Official Transcript Order
To track your CCC&TI online transcript order, you need your order number and the email address used to place your online order. Visit the online transcript order status page to track your online order.
Unofficial Transcript
If you are a currently enrolled student or were enrolled last semester/term, you can log into Self-Service to view or print an unofficial transcript for free (see instructions below). If you are unable to access Self-Service due to no longer having an active account, you will need to request an official copy of your transcript (use the online link above).
To view an unofficial transcript:
- Log in to MyCCCTI Portal, then Self-Service
- Go to the “Academics” Section
- Select “Unofficial Transcript”, then either “CU” for a Curriculum transcript or “CE” for a Continuing Education transcript.
