Time Frame: Available All Year

Amount:
Full Tuition to a stated-owned institution in NC
or
$4,500 per year to a private institution in NC

Criteria:

1. Children of Disabled, Deceased, Combat or POW/MIA War Veterans
2. Your Veteran parent was a resident of NC when they entered military service or You are lifelong resident of NC
