Recap: Caldwell Community College & Technical Insitute’s volleyball won in straight sets over Davidson-Davie Community College Tuesday night in Thomasville.
Caldwell won by set scores of 25-10, 25-13, 25-14. With the victory, the Cobras swept the season series with Davidson-Davie two games to none.
Freshman Kelsey Plumley (Hickory, NC) led Caldwell in kills with 10. Sophomore Greenleigh Gleason (Louisburg, NC) had eight kills and freshman Anna Kirkland (Statesville, NC) had six. Kirkland also had four service aces.
Sophmore Josie Chappell (Rosman, NC) had 19 sets to go along with her three service aces.
With the win, Caldwell improved their record to 18-3 overall. Next, the Cobras will travel to Central Carolina in Sanford, NC on Thursday fora 6PM match.
