The Business Office of Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute is dedicated to supporting the academic mission and strategic goals of the college through sound financial management, exceptional customer service, and a commitment to fiscal integrity and transparency.

Students may pay balances owed online through Self Service or in the Business Office. The Business Office accepts cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard. All checks should be made payable to CCC&TI. Credit card payments may be made in person at the Business Office or online. Credit card payments may not be made over the phone. Students are encouraged to pay online through Self Service.

All charges are due at the time of registration. The College does not accept partial payments. Students who are unable to pay at the time of registration may be eligible for the Nelnet Tuition Payment Plan offered by Nelnet Business Solutions. Nelnet is a third party vendor and is not affiliated with the College. Any student who desires to apply for the payment plan may enroll through Self Service. The College does not assist the student in setting up or maintaining their Nelnet account.

1098-T Form Information

The Business Office completed processing 1098-T forms (Statement of Qualified Tuition & Related Expenses) for the 2025 tax year.

You have the option to consent to view and print your 1098-T through your Self-Service or you can have the form mailed to the address we have on file for you.

If you would like to view and print your 2025 1098-T when available, you must log in to Self-Service and give consent by completing these steps:  

• Log in to Self Service, 
• Click on the financial information tab 
• Select tax information
• Select 1098-T information  
• Read and select the option you prefer:
  • If you give consent to view and print your form, you’ll receive a notification when it has been posted and is available for viewing/printing.
  • If you choose not to give consent, the form will be mailed to the address that we have on file with your official student record.
• Click Submit.

*Regularly scheduled payments will process on the 22^nd of the month*

Cost to Participate

• $30 nonrefundable enrollment fee per agreement
• $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned

Simple Steps to Enroll

• Go to https://www.cccti.edu
• Log into MYCCCTI
• Once on the next page, on the upper right-hand side there is a blue and white cobra with “student services” in orange letters, click on that
• On the next page, on the upper left-hand side of the page, you will see 3 white bars. Click on those
• Click on Financial Information
• Click on Student Finance
• Click on Payment Plan
• On the next page, click on “Proceed to Processor”
• The remaining steps will lead you to either create an account or log into Nelnet to sign up for the payment plan

Note: All down payments are processed IMMEDIATELY!
*CCC&TI reserves the right to require a down payment.

Balance Adjustments

Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through My College Payment Plan or call the Caldwell Community College Business Office at 828.726.2224 or 828.726.2488 to confirm the change.
